The Receptionist System has been developed in South Africa and was for a number of years a dream of the project leader and company director Gordon Barker. It has been developed after observations of many companies and how they go about conducting their daily business lives. The system has been built to be simple and easy to use by anyone in the office. Our clients have also been instrumental in the development providing important feedback as to the scope and usefulness, culminating in one of the most unique and powerful office communication systems since the introduction of the Internet!
